Payment Policy:
Major credit cards are accepted.
All items must be paid in full prior to shipping. Commissioned work will now require a non-refundable deposit of 40%, of the total purchase price, prior to starting the work. Then another 30% when nearing completion. The final payment is due once the work is completed.
The deposit amount will be applied to your final purchase price. Should you change your mind and no longer want your custom painting at point during the process, you may use the monies paid towards the purchase of any finished painting or prints, listed on my site.
Shipping:
Currently, shipping is through USPS or FedEx ground and international. All items will include a tracking number. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination. For U.S. orders, it may range from 4 - 14 business days.
International orders may take longer, up to 30 business days. On international orders, the buyer is responsible for ALL customs fees, taxes, and charges.
Processing time:
Order processing can take approximately 2 - 4 business days for original pieces.
For prints, it may be 4 - 7 business days. Art merch items can take approximately 2 - 4 business days.
Refunds:
Each item shipped to you will be insured. However, the packaging of all paintings/items is done with full protection to the painting. You must return items within 10 days of receipt in order to be issued a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in it's total value.
The full amount minus our original shipping cost will be refunded. Shipping costs range from $25 - $625 for original canvas artwork, depending on size and weight. For extra-large canvas pieces, shipping can range from $350 - $2400 (freight). The shipping cost starts at $5.00 for t-shirts (when available), depending on weight and quantity.
Refunds will not be issued for minor things, such as color variation from photos. The color will vary in different types of lighting. Photos were taken in the best natural lighting possible, so the colors in the photos, are fairly accurate to the actual painting. Please keep in mind, that your monitor or electronic device may differ in its color settings, which may result in a slight color variation from the actual painting or print.

Care instructions:
Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please be sure to wash your hands or use white cotton gloves, before handling any canvas painting or print.
Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front-facing down.

Should your painting/canvas become loose or saggy:
If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen or sag, you can try the following:
Spray an even fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries.
NEVER use chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.
Wipe gently with a clean soft cloth.
